To design and build a new mezzanine floor in an extremely busy warehouse in the shortest time frame possible. Providing the client with a new urgently needed photography studio.
This mezzanine flooring project was designed with a 60-minute fire proof underside ceiling, column casings, fascia’s, emergency lighting & smoke detection so that it would comply with building regulations.
The mezzanine floor column grid layout needed careful consideration and planning to enable the ground floor offices, locker & washrooms to have the minimum number of columns within these areas.
The mezzanine floor installation resulted in the client now having an in-house photography studio saving the company outsourcing costs, representing a significant benefit to the business.
