From enquiry to installation our service model is all about fantastic, personal customer care. It's what separates us from our competition. 

The simply guide below highlights each stage of a standard order process.



Please email, post, or phone through your enquiry. Be as detailed as you can but don't worry, it's our job to extract your brief and storage goals from you. 

We love to talk, so do expect a quick call from a member of our sales team. But don't worry, we're not an old-school relentless sales team who will chase you all the time, we simply want to understand your brief.



In most situations a free site survey is required by one of our qualified team. It enables us to measure the space accurately and discuss the requirements in more detail with you. It gives us the opportunity to highlight things you might not have considered, including: building regulations or H&S tips.


Design & Quotation

Using all the information gathered in the initial enquiry, the survey and in-depth discussions we'll design the best system for you. Whether it's to maximise storage capacity, store unusual items or be installed in particularly challenging environments, we'll meet the brief.



Once you're happy with design and quotation we try to make the ordering process as seamless as possible. Each client will be offered payment terms dependent on account history and credit checks.

The order is then placed and our project delivery team will process the order, including confirming and arranging the installation.



All our engineers are SEIRS qualified and come with years worth of experience. We really pride ourselves on the quality of our installations, it's something we become known for and made us highly well regarded in the industry.
