Drive In Racking

Drive in racking provides high-density block stacking storage with simple retrieval and no risk of damaged goods.

About Drive In Pallet Racking

Achieve maximum storage

Drive-in pallet racking is the ideal solution for high-density storage, with pallets stored on cantilevered rails. The system makes the loading and retrieval of pallets simple and also prevents goods from becoming damaged.

As with other high-density pallet systems, it works on either a first-in-first-out (FIFO) ‘or’ first-in-last-out (FILO) setup, enabling pallets to be loaded or retrieved from either side of the block, depending on your requirements and available space.

This system enables more pallet storage per cubic metre than almost any other storage system available on the market. Drive-in pallet Racking does reduce stock rotation though, so the system is best suited to the storage of bulky goods of the same type.

Drive-in racking is popular for clients with cold-storage environments or those for whom maximum storage is the main aim and ultimate priority.

Our Drive-In racking solution is manufactured here in the UK. Being one of the UK’s most experienced teams, we will design a solution to assist in renewing, reconfiguring or expanding your existing warehouse operations.

Features & Benefits of Drive in Racking

01

Maximises Storage Capacity

Reduced aisle widths eliminate the need for operating aisles and maximises your warehouse's storage capacity.

02

Improved Stock Rotation

With each product line having a dedicated lane, stock rotation is based upon the last-in-first-out principle (LIFO). Ideal for storing medium turnover products, it's an excellent solution for those looking to make the best use of space and time.

03

Multiple SKUs

Storage for as many products types as there are lanes within the system.

04

Compliance with Safety Regulations

Our designs for drive-in pallet racking comply with SEMA codes of practice for safe and appropriate usage.
