V Management came to Oracle Storage requiring a car storage mezzanine floor for their new facility in Berkshire. The mezzanine floor design had to be capable of supporting the weight of 50+ vehicles in a secure and safe environment. The ground floor column grid layout needed careful consideration and planning to enable the storage and maneuverability of more vehicles on the ground floor.
We designed a specialist car storage mezzanine that considered weight loading, turning circles, base plate design, lift positioning, lighting and so everything complied with strict building regulations. The floor was finished with specialist hard wearing carpet tiles to provide a high quality finish, making it look even more impressive when customers visit the vehicles.
V Management’s 36,000 sq ft facility now has capacity for 150 cars, each with its own dedicated bay.
It features a fully equipped workshop area, detailing ramp, spacious roadways for safe and easy manoeuvring, and a secure 20,000 sq ft yard. All cars are placed on battery chargers/conditioners, correct tyre pressures are maintained and we carry out regular fluid level checks to ensure your car is ready whenever you want it.
Our solution provided a 50% increase in storage capacity maximising the potential of the building and allowing V Management to expand its operation and profits.
