To dismantle of an existing mezzanine floor and with the materials dismantled, re-install two mezzanine floors into two separate buildings on the same site. One was for storage and other other for an office, which was fire rated to comply to building regs in conjunction with a full office fit out.
With a project schedule set and other trades following, Oracle Storage made sure that the mezzanine project completion was kept, working closely with and interior design partner.
The existing mezzanine floor was dismantled leaving approx. 40% of the floor, which had a new fascia along the edges, so that it would still comply to building regs (Existing floor already Fire Rating)
The remaining dismantled mezzanine floor, was then moved to two other units and re-installed. This was all alongside our fit out team transforming the office space.
The mezzanine floor works resulted in a huge cost saving for Arri Lighting, while the office fit out transformed their offices into a beautiful spacious environment for employees and customers.
