Storage Wall Improves Organization

New office filing systems are making organization a breeze. Whereas before the only way to organize was with filing cabinets there is a new storage wall that can organize drawers and shelves full of paper files. The good thing about a storage wall is that they can be constructed to custom fit any wall in the office allowing for maximum storage and organization space. Filing cabinets are convenient but they can often times be heavy and due to their standard sizes they can waste a lot of office space when they exist in an office and take up only 2/3 of the wall space. Storage walls can be built into the walls and can also be built to outfit more than one wall at a time. If the ceilings are high, this is no problem as a rolling ladder can be installed against the length of the wall so any person in the office can get on the ladder and roll around until they find the right paper file. A great place to put these walls of storrage are on mezzanine floors in an office that exists within a warehouse. Many businesses are now converting their warehouse space into a shared office and warehouse using a constructable mezzanine. The mezzanine is great but it is important to remember that though it is an office it should not even be used as one until the organizational systems are installed correctly.
