Pallet Racking, kept in stock for a quick delivery
Pallet Racking New and Used
Oracle stocks pallet racking systems, along with pre-used systems, which we can dismantle for our clients and deliver to their own sites.
Our new racking frames come in two capacities, standard and heavy, with four stock heights, 3,048mm, 4,039mm, 5,029mm and 6,096mm, a range of stated loading capacities from 8,000kg to 12,000kg, and two standard depths, from front to back, of 900mm and 1,100mm.
The frames are normally supplied in kit form, and of bolted construction. However, we are very happy to deliver our frames pre-assembled for you, if this is specified when ordering.
You can choose from our pallet racking range in order to meet your precise requirements in terms of handling, accessibility and space utilisation, load volume and weight, always ensuring that this is carried out in the safest and most cost-effective way
All of our frames have 25.4mm coffin slots punched in two rows set at 76.2mm centres 38mm apart, offering an adjustability of the beams of 76.2mm (3”).
FRAMES Our frames are finished in a high gloss powder to RAL 7042, light grey.
BEAMS Our beams are finished in a high gloss powder to RAL 1018, yellow.
Our pallet racking beams are fashioned from mild steel in a double C section, and fitted with three- or four- hook connectors welded at either end. All of our beams are fully adjustable on a 3” increment, procedures which can be undertaken at any time without tools or a skilled operative.
In an important safety feature, all of our beams come with automatic safety locks, meaning that it is impossible to inadvertently dislodge a beam during day-to-day fork-lift truck operations.
Finish: Pallet racking components are phosphate pre-treated, then powder coated (some items wet painted) and stove enamelled to give a glossy, durable high-quality paint finish. 'House' colours and galvanised finish available on request.
Material: Pallet racking components are made from high quality steel. Every stage in the manufacturing process is subject to stringent quality procedures, developed through years of experience.
All materials are manufactured on the latest machinery, and comply with and conform to SEMA, FEM and the latest European guidelines relating to the design and manufacture of pallet racking.
