Oracle Mezzanine floor conveyors are used predominantly for the loading/unloading of mezzanine floors. They transfer products up and down from second level floors. Generally with a heavy weight belt construction, these conveyors are designed to convey products of all shapes and sizes.Roller or
skid base conveyors are available, subject to the load being conveyed.
Tracking strips keep the belt positively tracked, a great advantage if the conveyor is being run in both the forward and reverse directions.
Incorporating a direct coupled end drive can make this a very cost effective conveyor.
These are a very popular alternative to a goods lift, in that they are simpler to operate, usually more cost effective and can operate continuously rather than in batches. A Mezzanine Conveyor typically have a far higher throughput than an lift, and require less human intervention. This allows for faster transport of goods or equipment between floors.
