Information which helps with the design, the choice of shelving system & cost.
1. Size of available space for mobile shelving to be installed. Room size, headroom height etc..
2. On what floor is the mobile shelving to be installed, i.e Ground floor, 1st floor, 2nd floor etc..
3. Size, weight and approx. quantity of files or products to be stored, this can also be found out, during the site survey process.
4. Is weekend or night work required or will it be installed during normal working hours (Mon-Fri 8.00am - 5.00pm)
Sometimes when an installation is on a 1st floor, 2nd floor etc..The point loads of what your sub floor can take, will need to be checked out.
We can give you the information you need to pass to your landlord or facilities department and we can also design the system to help spread the point loads.
