Oracle Storage Systems have a NEW Goods Lift in the range, which integrates with Mezzanine floor systems. This product is set to become very popular with our customers.

This product allows goods to move safely and cost effectively to or from the upper ground of a mezzanine floor

Most importantly with this design of a lift there is generally no requirement for a costly pit to be excavated as the design allows for a shallow ramp to be used to load the goods from the ground floor on to the lifting platform.

SPECIFICATION

Brief product overview:

* The lift is constructed using a single mast

* Capacity of 500kg

* The lift is fitted with a platform with 1100mm rails one each side and one outward opening gate

* The gate locks with a gravity system but it also sensed to prevent platform movement if the gate is open

* The closed height of the unit is 60mm and the platform is supplied with a loading ramp that is permanently fixed to the ground floor

* The raised height of the unit is governed by a switch system to ensure that the platform parks level with the upper mezzanine floor

* The hydraulic power pack and electrical system are housed separately at ground level

* Control points are fitted to both ground and upper floor levels

* With this unit we can also supply and install an external guard system for upper and lower levels
