Troax Sabre Sigma single skin partitioning

Oracle's Troax Sabre system is a single skin partition system, which comprises of 1.2mm thick channel up-rights, spot welded to panel skins and bolted together with M6 x 12 Mush Heads and square nuts.

Glazed panels incorporate steel clip-on glazing bead which accommodates 4mm and 6mm glass. If we carry out the glazing in the factory, all glass is to be removed from the panels before installation commences.

Glazing - where a polycarbonate product is involved rather than glass, we would highlight the need for caution with the handling and cleaning, due to the susceptibility of the product for scratching. Every effort is made to protect the finish whilst in our care, but we cannot therefore accept responsibility once the product has been delivered and signed for. Cleaning instructions are available upon request.

Vision panel size nominally 737mm high x full width of door (in upper half of leaf). Please note that door designs and arrangements are to our standard specification. However, we would draw your attention to building regulations 200, document M, ‘Disabled Access’ which may necessitate requirements that differ from our quote, details available upon request

Troax Excalibur Elan double skin partitioning

Oracle's Troax Excalibur system is a double skin partition system, that offers an attractive appearance for the working environment. Fire-rating and sound reduction capabilities are available.

Excalibur double skin non fire rated partitioning is of monobloc construction with two steel skins separated by a composite infill. Mineral wool can be supplied for extra sound & thermal properties at an extra cost. Removable skirting and vertical junction channels give access for wiring.

Adjustable wall fillers allow for small size variations in run lengths. In partially glazed panels clip-on glazing beads can accommodate glass from 4mm to 12mm thick. Double glazing can be provided with an integral blind system, although there are limitations upon the size of panes that can be handled in our factory and during the transportation process.

Environmental factors, security, fire protection and utilities can be incorporated into every modular partition system, thereby optimising space, functionality, budget and aesthetic appeal.
